Our Story

White Oak Consulting started with one person and a simple belief: business owners deserve more than the bare minimum from their finance team.

In November 2023, our founder Kathleen put that belief into action and started White Oak on her own. By March 2024, she had left her corporate accounting career to build it full time.

Within a year, the "I" became a "we" when White Oak welcomed its first team member.

From there, growth kept building on itself. Today we're a team of eight across Canada, serving established business owners in provinces far beyond where we began, with our home office in Windsor, Ontario.

Kathleen started White Oak to create freedom for herself. Now that same freedom is what we build for others: relief and room to grow for our clients, and a place where our team members can build careers and lives they're proud of.
